Affordable Divorce Options with Fixed Price Packages
At DJP Solicitors, we offer two fixed price divorce packages, designed to cater to both couples with and without children. Our packages are clear, affordable, and designed to provide excellent value for the level of service we offer.
£450 Package (plus VAT & court outlays) – For couples without children under 16.
£1200 Package (plus VAT & court outlays) – For couples with children under 16.

PACKAGE ONE – For Couples Without Children Under 16
Cost: £450 plus VAT and court outlays
This package is available if you meet the following criteria:

You and your spouse have been separated for more than 2 years (even if you're still living under the same roof, as long as you're no longer acting as a couple). If you attempted to reconcile during this period, it should not have lasted more than 3 months. Alternatively, if you have been living separately for between 1 and 2 years, and you believe your spouse will agree to the divorce, this condition may still apply.

You have no children of the marriage under 16 years of age.

Neither party plans to make financial claims as part of the divorce.

Either you or your spouse reside in Scotland, or you have contact details for the spouse’s next of kin.

Your spouse does not have a medically diagnosed mental disorder (mild stress or depression does not qualify).

You believe your marriage is over, with no possibility of reconciliation.
If these conditions are met and your spouse does not object to the divorce, you can proceed with the £450 option for a simplified divorc
PACKAGE TWO – For Couples With Children Under 16
Cost: £1200 plus VAT and court outlays
This package is suitable for couples with children under 16 and is available if you meet these conditions:

You and your spouse have been separated for over 2 years (even if you were living under the same roof) or have lived apart for 1-2 years and believe both parties will consent to the divorce.

You have children under the age of 16.

Neither party plans to make financial claims as part of the divorce.

Either you or your spouse reside in Scotland.

You believe your marriage is over, with no possibility of reconciliation.
If these requirements apply and your spouse consents, you may proceed with the £1200 option for a divorce.
